  • For your Home Decor accessories, and furniture Orders:
    • At Checkout, select "Store Pickup" shipping option 
      • Select the store of your choice
      • This option applies only for orders from Florida

The order will be ready in a minimum of 3 business days from the time you place your order. Then, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up.

Please follow these 1-2-3 PICK UP STEPS

To pick up the merchandise, you will need to bring the following:

  1. Order receipt, either on your phone or printed.
  2. A valid photo ID.
  3. The card that you made the purchase with.

EXCEPTIONS

  1. Authorizing a person to pick up the merchandise.
  • To authorize another person you need to send the following information to customerservice@casafebus.com.
  • Order #
  • Customer’s Full Name
  • Customer’s valid I.D number
  • Full Name of person being authorized
  • Authorized person’s valid ID number
  • Customer Signature

The authorized person should follow the 1-2-3 PICK UP STEPS
Except step # 3. In addition that person must present the authorization letter to the Store associate.

  • Store pick up Location (Select one).

  • Customer’s Signature
Refunds for purchases placed more than 60 days cannot be processed.
