Cancellation Policy
Our merchandise has been carefully built. However, if you change your mind, you can cancel your order before it’s delivered, and you will receive the complete refund of the order through the same payment method you used. Refunds for purchases made for more than 7 days will not be processed (except, if otherwise noted in the item description).
No refunds will be offered for Online Lay Away cancellations.
Return Policy
If the merchandise you receive is broken, faulty, or it was the wrong item, or for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item within 7 days after you have received it. This way you’ll receive the complete refund of the item, using the same payment method you used (except, if otherwise noted in the item description). It is necessary you report the situation of your merchandise within 48 hours after being received.
We do not accept returns on items that were on a season sale, clearance, or items purchased through exchanges. We do not make price adjustments on previously purchased items.
We must receive the merchandise in good condition (unless it was received faulty), with its price and original packaging. The client will cover the shipping and handling cost or any other service related to the return. We do not offer reimbursements for any of these costs. Neither do we offer reimbursements for the price paid for the initial service of the delivery of your order, either through mail delivery or home delivery.
Before returning your merchandise, it is necessary that you report or clarify any questions with our Customer Service Department at customerservices@casafebus.com or call our toll free number 1-844-594-0383. Our personnel will revise and authorize the return request, according to the terms indicated above. The authorization of your return will be notified through the email provided in your order.
It is very important that you follow the return process previously explained, given that the returns we receive without previous authorization, will not be processed. In the same way, the refunds will be processed when we receive the merchandise that is meant to be returned.
